Intentional Manifestation
We have attracted all the outcomes, circumstances, and relationships that make up our present reality 1) by the degree of our negativity and anxiety or alternately by our optimism and serenity 2) by the statements we make 3) by the thoughts we focus on and 4) by our ingrained beliefs. Anytime our way of being, thinking and speaking is not in alignment with our True or Higher Self we unwittingly attract unwanted outcomes that keep us rooted in a reality that is not what we would have chosen for ourselves.
However, it is not up to us to transform our reality or bring about the manifestations of our intentions, but rather it is our alignment with the universe that is the key to this transformation. To help you attain a deeper alignment with the higher vibrations that are bringing about the dawning of this new era of peace and enlightenment, some sample journaling exercises from Transformation of (Y)our World are suggested below. They are part of the intentional manifestation protocol which is one of the transformational tools presented in this book.
I: Acknowledging Any Inner Turmoil
Get in touch with and record in your journal any sadness, regrets, hurts and fears and other negativity that you may be harboring. It is not necessary or recommended that you go into great detail. Simply compile a general outline or list.
Acknowledging your turmoil will allow it to come to the surface and be released and healed. Perhaps, there were no mistakes and there were no failures. What we perceive as such were but opportunities for our spiritual growth and the spiritual growth of those who share their life journey with us. All the joys and the sorrows, the successes and the failures were simply the Universe unfolding as it should.
Allow the higher vibration transformational energies to re-wire and re-open your heart and transmute your negativities into joy and lightness of heart.
II: Experiencing Gratitude
This step is perhaps the most important component of the process of transforming your present reality into one of greater success, abundance, joy and fulfillment. In this exercise you will look back over your life and list people, things and events in your life that you are grateful for. Make three different categories: 1) one for your distant past 2) one for the more recent past 3) one for the present. List all these blessings big and small as they come to mind and not in any necessary order.
How are you feeling as you do this? Experiencing gratitude raises you energy vibrations and allows you to be more in alignment with the abundance and peace of the Universe. Spend ample time in this healing energy. It is very beneficial to return to this mindset daily, whenever possible, by writing down four or five things you are grateful for on this particular day.
III: Discerning Your Life Purpose
Chose a time when you will not be disturbed for an extended period of time. In this exercise you will journal about the forgotten goals and dreams that you had as a young adult, an adolescent or perhaps even as a child. Relax, center yourself and connect with the Silent Witness within you. Allow yourself to write whatever begins to come to mind and write as much detail as possible. Just put your pen on the paper and write freely; even if it feels as if you are making it all up. No one else is going to read this anyway.
The purpose of this exercise is to allow the gentle whispers of your soul to surface above logical, intellectual, or egocentric restraints. In any event, be sure to go deeper than materialistic goals or self doubts and be in receptive silence with peaceful awareness. Perhaps this journaling exercise might be quite difficult for some of us because our day-to-day trials, responsibilities and/or disappointments might have caused us to forget all about our former dreams and goals.
What are your gifts and talents? What is it that would give you profound fulfillment? What is the calling you are hearing from the core of your being? You are an eternal spirit having a human experience. What was it that you came to this life journey to learn, to accomplish and/or to contribute? If you already have discernment about this, describe what the career or livelihood of your choice would be like.
IV: The Language of Intentional Manifestation
The key to attaining the manifestation of your intentions is to live your waking moments in the state of peaceful awareness which allows you to be in alignment with the Universe. This entails letting go of sadness, regrets, hurts, fears and also living in uncluttered home and work environments. This state of being will in turn attract the higher energy vibrations that will shift your present reality into your intended reality.
Our subconscious mind attracts from the Universal Creative Force all the elements, circumstances, and situations that comprise our reality by what we focus on moment to moment during our waking hours. Writing and reflecting on intentional manifestation statements helps us in making the transition from an inherent mental programming that has us convinced that we are hopeless, powerless victims of the “powers that be” to the realization that we are powerful beings of light and love and co-creators with the universe.
These statements, which are written in the present tense, are a source of great inner strength, direction, and motivation by giving you something to focus your potent mental energies on during the transition. When you formulate your intentional manifestation statements, use one of the following empowering verbs:
I can I am I will I have I enjoy I choose to I know I love
At all costs avoid using phrases such as “I want to. . .” “I will try to. . .” “I hope to. . .” “I plan to . . .” and negative statements such as “I can’t. . .” This protocol is more fully described in the book Conscious Language by Robert Tennyson Stevens. Some sample intentional manifestation statements are shown below.
Attracting Abundance
First allow yourself to experience gratitude for the many good things already in your life. Give away any food, clothes, extra furniture etc. that you can spare to those who have need for it. At the same time start being very conscious of how you spend your money, buying only what is absolutely necessary. Lastly, give back to the Universe 10% of your income as it is received in the form of charitable donations.
- I have more than enough resources to supply all my needs.
- I am joyful and grateful as I share with those in greater need.
- I am receiving Divine wisdom in managing my resources.
A Fulfilling Career
Begin to live your life as if you are already doing the work that you came to this life journey to do. Refer to exercise III above. Begin by letting go of any negativity your have against your present supervisor and co-workers. This is much more for your benefit than for theirs as this creates the sacred space where you will now be in greater alignment with the Universal Creative Force. Let go of the mentality of wanting, needing, etc. in regard to finding different employment.
- I am optimistic, energized, and peaceful at my workplace.
- I am grateful for my (present) job.
- I am happy and peaceful; the Universe is unfolding as it should.
- I am compassionate and accepting of my co-workers’ situations.
Joyful and Fulfilling Relationships
The relationships that are blossoming in the New Earth that is emerging will allow you to share, support, and nurture the significant others is your life from your own sense of abundance and completeness. Relationships in this higher level of consciousness will be light, joyous, and spiritual with real depth and intimacy. These relationships will be free of dominance, victims, dramas, and abuses. Instead, they will be balanced and full of love between two equally powerful and caring persons.

- May __(name)____ and I stand together in the Light and be guided by Divine Wisdom in this relationship.
- I let go of all grievances against him/her.
- I radiate peace, joy, compassion and goodwill to him/her
V: Allowing Your Current Reality to Transform
In order to allow your present reality to transform into a reality of greater happiness, success, and abundance in all areas of your life, you must now feel, think, act, and live your life “as if” your intentional manifestation statements are already a reality. This entails that you detach from anticipating, craving, needing, and longing for the desired outcomes to be accomplished in your life. At the same you must no longer think of your self as being in the process of. . . hoping to. . . waiting for. . . planning to . . . Instead breathe and relax deeply both physically and emotionally. It is already done!
In addition, you must also acknowledge that you are worthy of having these intentions manifest. Spend some time considering the following questions and record your answers in your journal. Then spend time in silence connecting with your Inner Wisdom until you have reconciled any issues that might have arisen.
- Is there any aspect of my intended reality that I have insecurity, anxiety or fear about?
- What unwanted situation(s) would manifest along with the manifestations of my intended reality?
As you make the transition into your intended reality there will be times of doubt and turmoil when everything opposes what you are intending. At these times take a deep breath and repeat one of the following statements inwardly until you regain your certainty and serenity.
- I am in alignment with the Universe.
- I have what it takes to. . .
- I am receiving Divine guidance.
- I choose to trust and be at peace.
- I am happy and peaceful in the present circumstances of my life.
